Objective: To introduce children aged 4-5 to a variety of sports in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The program aims to develop fundamental movement skills, coordination, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.
Program Structure:
· This program will consist of ten 45-minute sessions.
· Sessions will be held on Sundays from 10:00am - 10:45 am at Gretna Green gym.
· Each session is carefully structured to balance structured activities with free play, allowing children to learn through both guided instruction and independent exploration.
· Our experienced coaches create a supportive atmosphere where children feel encouraged to participate and challenge themselves at their own pace.
· Activities are adapted to suit the developmental stage and individual needs of each child, ensuring that every participant feels included and valued.

- Skill Development and Drills
- Break down specific skills related to the sport of the week.
- Individual and group drills focusing on coordination, balance, and basic techniques.
- Teamwork and Social Interaction
- Group activities and games promoting teamwork, cooperation, and communication.
- Encourage positive interactions and sportsmanship among participants.
- Cool Down and Reflection
- Gentle stretching exercises to cool down and relax muscles.
- Brief discussion and reflection on the day's activities, highlighting achievements.
